I want to report a serious concern with Mega Components Incorporated Okayama's gadget that I purchased on April 30, 1977 from your Batzfort, District of Columbia store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Briana R., but my issue remains unresolved.
