Poor customer service experience with Capital Financial

On September 25, 1983, I signed up for Capital Financial's maintenance program at their North Ludiefort, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $154.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raegan M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
