I am writing regarding order #ORD-9354-CPG-5648 placed with Industrial Forge Inc Stuttgart Inc. on January 31, 1983. I paid $74.9 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Liana Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
