False promises made by ProsperityFinance Holdings representative

On October 4, 1993, I signed up for ProsperityFinance Holdings's consultation at their North Katlynn, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $65.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Oral S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
