Frustrated with Financial Trust Chiang Mai Enterprises's lack of response

On February 28, 1989, I signed up for Financial Trust Chiang Mai Enterprises's support package at their New Roderick, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $540.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marianna T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
