SummitMoney Ltd. refused to address issue

I purchased a appliance from SummitMoney Ltd. on September 30, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Major M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
