Hidden fees discovered from Quality Fabrication

On March 3, 2014, I signed up for Quality Fabrication's maintenance program at their Howellmouth, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $64.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Glennie A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
