I am writing regarding order #ORD-5805-UUT-4568 placed with Assembly Group Group on July 13, 1981. I paid $773.0 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Claudia Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
