I purchased a software from Expert Properties on August 18, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rogers Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
