False promises made by Treasury of Heritage Málaga representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3286-NSC-9733 placed with Treasury of Heritage Málaga on April 1, 2018. I paid $909.18 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Helen F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
