False promises made by Superior Projects Professionals representative

On January 20, 1995, I signed up for Superior Projects Professionals's training session at their East Bonnieland, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $608.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Colby U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
