Elite Retreat & Group Enterprises provided defective product

On August 13, 2010, I signed up for Elite Retreat & Group Enterprises's repair service at their New Ludwig, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $483.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brent V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
