I have been a loyal customer of Advanced-Fabrication Turin for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-4228-WTT-6175) on November 17, 2021, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
