Frustrated with Escape at Grand's lack of response

On January 20, 2023, I signed up for Escape at Grand's customer support at their East Maybell, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $21.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bridget Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
