Warranty claim denied by Escape at Grand

On January 9, 1983, I signed up for Escape at Grand's support package at their New Vidal, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $822.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lizeth D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
