Quality issues with Securities of Summit Johor Bahru product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5595-CEM-7576 placed with Securities of Summit Johor Bahru on March 24, 2007. I paid $830.60 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brain N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
