Design Solutions refused to address issue

On December 12, 1992, I signed up for Design Solutions's repair service at their Lake Valerietown, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $298.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Andrew A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
