False promises made by Suites Hotels Ulsan International representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5602-IRJ-8086 placed with Suites Hotels Ulsan International on May 11, 2007. I paid $492.66 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Demetris M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
