False promises made by Suites Hotels Ulsan International representative

On June 6, 2018, I signed up for Suites Hotels Ulsan International's return process at their Port Cadenview, New York location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $857.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carlo V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
