Misleading advertising by Premium Haven LLC

On July 29, 1979, I signed up for Premium Haven LLC's troubleshooting service at their Gerholdland, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $176.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joan H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
