False promises made by Titan-Factories representative

On July 25, 1977, I signed up for Titan-Factories's repair service at their Towneland, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $706.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Monroe L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
