Delayed delivery from Master-Construction Corp.

On March 8, 2023, I signed up for Master-Construction Corp.'s technical assistance at their Hillland, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $706.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brenna R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
