Frustrated with Master-Construction Corp.'s lack of response

On November 26, 1987, I signed up for Master-Construction Corp.'s delivery service at their Walkershire, Washington location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $798.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bessie P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
