I have been a loyal customer of Steel-Materials Hiroshima for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2047-JQS-4467) on July 31, 1970, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
