On January 14, 1983, I signed up for Steel-Materials Hiroshima's technical assistance at their South Andreanneport, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $914.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emmie D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
