Warranty claim denied by Diamond Hotel Destinations

On November 30, 1992, I signed up for Diamond Hotel Destinations's setup assistance at their Larsonberg, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $452.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dereck C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
