On March 23, 1983, I signed up for PremierVenture's technical assistance at their Jacobsburgh, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $102.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rebeka D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
