Unsatisfactory resolution from Capital of Premier

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4970-IIP-8191 placed with Capital of Premier on March 19, 1977. I paid $368.29 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nettie M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
