Delayed delivery from Capital of Premier

On July 16, 2012, I signed up for Capital of Premier's support package at their Linniefort, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $267.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Helen W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
