I am writing regarding order #ORD-6897-KFE-1858 placed with Industrial Builders Inc. on January 28, 1988. I paid $198.82 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bailey J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
