I am writing regarding order #ORD-9370-OEW-2383 placed with Mega Build Systems on July 17, 1974. I paid $357.91 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delores Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
