I purchased a device from Prestige & Corporation on November 10, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Granville K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
