Unsatisfactory resolution from Prestige & Corporation

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1563-RCW-3402 placed with Prestige & Corporation on October 5, 2023. I paid $668.25 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Miguel D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
