Frustrated with Advanced Homes Inc's lack of response

On March 21, 1991, I signed up for Advanced Homes Inc's maintenance program at their Carmellachester, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $372.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Erica W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
