Misleading advertising by Silver Hotel & Experiences

On March 2, 1985, I signed up for Silver Hotel & Experiences's return process at their Oleside, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $775.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Erica E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
