Refund refused by Global-Fabrication Subang Jaya Inc.

On July 6, 1985, I signed up for Global-Fabrication Subang Jaya Inc.'s installation service at their Casimirport, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $609.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amie P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
