Account access issues with Venture Trust

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1652-QHX-2612 placed with Venture Trust on November 24, 1983. I paid $304.77 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brandi W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
