Venture Trust provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5918-EYX-5075 placed with Venture Trust on September 23, 1984. I paid $281.38 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eva C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
