Quality issues with Fund Management product

On September 1, 1996, I signed up for Fund Management's customer support at their West Eunashire, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $276.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rafael A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
