Frustrated with Capital Invest Fortaleza's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4687-DLF-1114 placed with Capital Invest Fortaleza on March 29, 2008. I paid $559.63 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Palma T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
