The Crystal Haven refused to address issue

I purchased a package from The Crystal Haven on August 2, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Raleigh B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
