I purchased a application from The Crystal Haven on October 26, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Narciso S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
