Misleading advertising by Quality-Factories Tianjin

On June 30, 2009, I signed up for Quality-Factories Tianjin's support package at their Myrtieport, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $34.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Breanne G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
