I have been a loyal customer of Quality-Factories Tianjin for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7325-AQG-8356) on September 22, 1993, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
