I have been a loyal customer of National & Corporation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-8393-PJE-1662) on September 21, 1990, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
