Misleading advertising by National & Corporation

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2607-PKF-7450 placed with National & Corporation on July 23, 2006. I paid $688.20 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Judah K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
