Unresolved issue with Resort International Corp. product

On May 11, 2020, I signed up for Resort International Corp.'s upgrade service at their New Minnieview, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $644.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sydney M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
