Quality issues with Resort International Corp. product

On April 7, 2003, I signed up for Resort International Corp.'s technical assistance at their Wisozkville, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $507.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Torrey U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
