Poor customer service experience with Palace at Grand

On May 29, 2004, I signed up for Palace at Grand's consultation at their Dennisside, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $65.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lonzo H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
