I am writing regarding order #ORD-4513-VVA-3042 placed with Dynamic Components Inc Sengkang on February 11, 2002. I paid $961.61 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fannie B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
